Fellow Christians, Our rights are being threatened like never before in the history of this nation. A hate crime bill designed to eliminate the free speech of traditional Christians has passed the House and is now in the Senate as S. 909. Anyone who is opposed to homosexual marriage will be considered a hate criminal and will be prosecuted. Please call the Senate toll free and protest this grave threat to the first amendment at 1-877-851-6437. Our Constitution is threatened like never before.

Yes, correct, within it’s proper context.

  • OutlanderWarrior says:

Yes, I know, because schools don’t have the will to teach it anymore, it’s stupid. Did you ever wonder why it was originated? Have you ever pondered the importance of tradition?

  • cllewis1 says:

you can see him on Friday nights on EWTN, on cable or satellite in many areas, and streaming live to the internet.

  • NoRosesForMe says:

And it sounds like he was just getting going on this clip..! I just discovered the late Bishop Sheen recently on cable TV (EWTN) and am pleased to be introduced to such a smart and interesting preacher of the Catholic faith. Being under 40, like so many my age, until now I had missed out on Bishop Sheen’s legacy. I’d love to see some of clips from the DVD out now of Bishop Sheen on the subject of Alcoholism. Thanks for this post.

You are talking about human ambitions and intrigue, above which God is. I don’t understand the reference to JP2; he never orchestrated wars. The naked woman or boy is not a devil, but something from which temptation potentially can spring. And all humans, priests included, will give an account of their conduct to God Almighty. Peace to you.

  • janahrgang says:

When we pray, we are called to do so in a spirit of humility towards God. This disposition is the antithesis of the “tyrant” mentality you attempt to impute to those who offer to pray for others. God desires to draw us closer to Him in prayer, and prayers of petition are welcome from those with a proper disposition. Peace to you!

As I have said before, you cannot debate goodness with someone that does not believe in it…

  • Coullion43 says:

Atheists always want to prove that God does not exist. Their denial rings hollow, because they absolutely have to have, without question, substantiated proof of His existence. Atheists are intelligent people, but they do not take humility into consideration, and look to something bigger than themselves. They embrace pride. Pride was the downfall of Lucifer, the Devil. Oops! I forgot, atheists don’t believe in him, either. No point in debating with someone who believes in neither good nor evil…

  • Coullion43 says:

Christians are not Psychopaths, because Psychopathology goes against the teachings of Jesus Christ(for more info, read the New Testament). It’s only your opinion that suggests it, because you do not believe in God, or anything for that matter(that’s what atheists believe in- which is why they have no hope or faith ). I personally do not see anything wrong with trying to be and do good, and to promote it. As opposed to what, embracing evil, cynicism, negativity, hopelessness, nothing? GOD LIVES!’Nuff sed

  • Coullion43 says:

If only the deniers of God had such faith. Pray for them, there is always hope…
