A question from a reader: I was raised Southern Baptist. I haven’t been to church in a while since I moved and haven’t found a church I really liked. When I do go to church I try to at least go to a Baptist one or a “Church of God” type place. But I’m dating someone that is Lutheran. He’s in the same boat as me with the whole going to church deal. I’m going to his families church with him at the end of August and I just realized every religion is different .. I know DUH.. but it wasn’t something I’m overly concerned with. But anywaysss..
My question is basically what should I expect? I’ve been to a Catholic service before and was completely lost.. didn’t know what I was doing or anything! Are the beliefs and morals basically the same? Do they do communion every Sunday? I don’t want to get there and look like an idiot! Thanks so much for your help in advance!
