Can it be said Christianity is more “Spirituality” than “religion”?

Can it be said Christianity is more “Spirituality” than “religion”?
I am a Christian. I have read the NT. In no where did Christ leave a denomination of Christianity with a wide set of specific Dogmas as a needed “religion” to follow. Although, yes, I do believe in the Bible as his word and that through him we are saved. I like to think that Christianity is a “way or life” “relationship/reconciliation with God”, after all by faith and grace are we saved, we no longer adhere to the “Law”, and we have the Holy Spirit. I don’t have quite clear the clear diferention between what spirituality is and religion. But I believe christianity is a way of life, and if certain denominations want to enphesize specific “dogmas” that aren’t in the Bible then that is false. I believe what we need to live from the Bible is in the NT. But isn’t this spirituality? I know Judaism (from which we evolve) was a “religion” but because of Christ we have evolved. Thoughts?
Frog, exactly my point. Does that infer then that this “way of life” makes it “spirituality” and not a “religion” ?
Champion of Knowledge, it seems by your claims that you know much about spirituality. Mind explaining it clearly to me then so I can carefully understand and make the difference?
Farsight, I see your point but why is it so wrong to say it is a relationship? Is it not? Of course one must go to Church etc, it’s not like I can just interpret it any way I want and never go to church, etc. But is it not a “relationship or a way of life”? Must we not learn from Christ and apply it to your lives?
Didn’t answer my question, just tryed to ignore it like politicians do. I asked “is it not a relationship and a way of life” are we not supposed to follow christs teachings? Yes or no. A real christian would want to apply the principles of Christianity into his life? Even if yes it is a religion.
Wow thank you lol, finally got a concrete answer. Ty insight for your clarification.

By their fruits ye shall know them.

If you think the bible is enough of God’s word, you’re right;
it’s enough to send you to hell.

What do you think? Put your answer below.

christianity: “it’s not what you know, but who you know”?

christianity: “it’s not what you know, but who you know”?
basically the slogan for all slackers everywhere in terms of success, but I find this hilariously relevant for christianity as I’m assuming most don’t know science/logic too well and they rely on their “special friend” to pull them through in life, who agrees?

I don’t agree.

it’s not (so much as) what you know, than who you know.

And science never “pulled anyone through in life” anyway.

There’s a little bit of logic that might help ya.

What do you think? Put your answer below.

do evangelicals or protestant pastors forbidd to their people to study about the history of christianity?

do evangelicals or protestant pastors forbidd to their people to study about the history of christianity?
because they will find the catholicism as the first church and they want to erase the history of martin luther who wanted to founded his own church from this movement many evangelical churches appear in the world not just in Europe also in the U.S where it is now the main protestant country that export many churches like pentecostals no?
they were not catholics the first churches but they become catholics in the sense universals and follow the doctrines of the ecumenical councils.

Are there any people who think that Christianity is a satanic cult?

Are there any people who think that Christianity is a satanic cult?
I know about Christians that think that religions like Islam and even the branch of Catholicism are satanic cults. But are there any other people like Muslims or Jews that think Christianity is a simple satanic cult that leads to hell? I don’t think any religion (that I know of) is satanic (except ones that explicitly say so0, but this is just a question.

Note to atheists: You obviously don’t believe in Satan so you don’t need to add your own views.

Do people in other countries who have never heard of Christianity go to heaven?

Do people in other countries who have never heard of Christianity go to heaven?
Take those tribes in Brazil who have never had contact with the “modern” world and know nothing about the Christian religion. Never been baptized, prayed or even heard the word “Jesus.” I’m sure there are areas in other countries where people have never been introduced to Christianity. Do they get to go to Heaven, according to Christians? They never really got a fair chance…

Best answer:

Answer by Me
They will have a chance after the second return of Christ to hear the word of God and make their own decisions.
Those who have died before this time, who have not had a chance to hear God’s word, will be brought back to life.
God is just and fair. No one will go to hell because they did not HEAR the world of God.
