It took place in Kniaze-Vladimirsky cathedral in Saint-Petersburg on the 17th of April 2009. I was baptized at the age of 44 years old with full immersion in strict conformance with ancient traditions of Catholic Church of Eastern Roman Empire, that were carefully retained in Byzantium and borrowed by Russian Orthodox Church and brought up to our times.
Can some one explain to me how close baptism is to orthodox christians i dont fully understand what baptism is?
