Why is the Baptist protestant denomination very scrupulous about drinking and dancing?
A question from a reader: As a Roman Catholic, there is no sin in drinking or dancing. As long as you drink in moderation, it’s ok. If you’re intentions are to get drunk, then it’s a sin. If your out there dancing with class and respect, then there is no harm in it, but if two people are dancing as if they’re about to have sex on the dance floor, then there ’s a problem with that. Why are the baptists so scrupulous about these two subjects?

Are methodist, episcopalian and protestant all the same religion?
