Nope, because 1. The Word enlightens all men who come into the world (John 1:9), God loves the whole cosmos (John 3:16), God wants all men to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4), and God is the savior of all people (1 Timothy 4:10), and Christ’s blood purchased even those who by their actions are condemned (2 Peter 2:1). Either all those things are true or Calvinism is true. Of course, further discussion is pointless, as according to you, God could very well damn you and save me just for poops and giggles.

Well I did personally speak with John Edwards and Francis Turretin the other night. They send their greetings from hell by the way. I asked if they liked it. Its a bit hot they said, but they’re gettin a better tan than they did in new england or switzerland. They also said hello on behalf of calvin himself, who was busy cooking some spicy gehenna burgers for the crew

Guess he was wrong on the whole “faith alone thing” LOL

Hey look, a little furry hatemonger escaped into real life!

Christ is there for you if you ever decide to face your own dark evil heart and cling to him for salvation.

I don’t think you understand what Calvinism is at all. Read the reformers, read Spurgeon, read the Puritans, read Piper and Sproul and MacArther and maybe some of your misunderstandings would be alleviated. As it is, I don’t feel it is necessary to clear them up on a youtube comment. 😉

It makes since that he would because it would show his ultimate power. It would show that no once CAN rebel against him. If he created some people just to be damned, it is showing that he doesn’t want to be glorified by everyone, and these same creatures who are burning in hell will also be cursing him for all eternity. I’m sorry my friend, but calvinism is a logical fallacy. Now, lets get to scripture starting with what appears to be your favorite verse(s). Romans 9 is a bit of a confusing

  • GREEKgangsta15 says:

However, if salvation came down to God simply choosing who will worship him, he would make us all into robots who have no decision in the matter. God would implant the desire for him, and everyone would be saved. Why would the Lord waste time in creating people who would only rebel against him in the first place? Does God enjoy being wrathful? Does he enjoy wasting his time creating filth to be destroyed? Wouldn’t God be glorified more in creating slaves who have no choice in worshipping him?

cookie, but as soon as he puts in in his mouth, the parent grabs it from him and sends him to timeout. The child asks the parent “What did I do wrong? You told me to take it!” The parent then replies “Well I’m your father, and I must show my authority over you in punishing you” Let me tell you my friend this is NOT justice in any way shape or form. Now you asked: “who is sovereign over man’s salvation?” God is supremely sovereign because it is only him who has the POWER to save.

  • GREEKgangsta15 says:

“sin is rebellion against God”. For sin to be rebellion, it means that man is expected and created to act and believe a certain way. God created man to be good and to serve him and also so he could have a relationship to us. Sin is both a moral failure and a disease. The Greek word “amartia” literally means “missing the mark”. Now tell me, if God has caused men to sin, how is sin wrong in God’s eyes? It’s like a parent saying “go ahead honey, have a cookie before dinner!” The child takes the

Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use? What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory— (Romans 9:21-23, ESV)

and the problem with free-will is that it does not exalt God at all, but only man in HIS choice.
    Sin is rebellion against God
can I ask you something. If man has the last say in salvation then who is sovereign over mans salvation?

  • GREEKgangsta15 says:

the problem with calvinism is not that it exalts the glory of God in saving sinners, but that it also exalts his glory in damning them. Can I ask you, as a calvinist, how do you define sin? Simply answer the question and dont get off topic…
